Mr. Bustos brings over 30 years of experience in business planning, feasibility studies, franchising, marketing, trade marketing, finance, KPIs, sales, and project management. Since founding Marketing and Trade Solutions in 1999 —now rebranded as BUSINESS GOALS 360 — he has supported businesses across the U.S. and Latin America. He has served as a board advisor or director for major companies like Toyota South Florida, IMEXHS, IGMC Medical Tech Group, and Acre Holdings. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles in marketing and commercial areas at top global firms such as Procter & Gamble (Wella), Kraft (Oscar Mayer), and Unilever (Hellmann’s, Lipton). He has also received numerous awards for his marketing achievements.
Nieve is a seasoned Project and Customer Service Manager with experience in sales and customer support at top companies like Macy’s, representing brands such as Michael Kors. She has also worked in project management for construction firms and has been with the company since 2009.
Peter is a skilled Project Developer and Sales Team Manager with over 25 years of experience. He played a key role in positioning automotive products in Latin America and represented the Las Vegas Auto Show. He also has strong expertise in IT tools and has been with the company since 2009.
Richard, an Electronics graduate with a specialization in Statistical Methods, has been with the company since 2014. He has extensive experience in market, competition, and statistical analysis, supporting strategic planning and business development in the U.S. and Latin America.
Dr. Nieve, a retired epidemiologist with over 50 years of experience as Chief Epidemiologist in Zulia, Venezuela, has been with the company since 2016, supporting client advisement in medical terminology, public health systems, and related processes with deep expertise and critical insights.
