DELKA INNOVO GROUP is the result of the fusion of expert engineers, contractors, designers and architects with over 15 years of experience each, who decide to join forces to meet the multiple needs of the clients in the areas of improvements of both inside and outside, residential and commercial properties in South Florida.
Its President, the Engineer Javier Delgado, devoted 15 years of his life in Venezuela in the construction, extension and improvement of large and small projects for the public and private sectors such as housing construction and its internal areas, parks, schools, roads, etc.
Later on in 2013, the engineer Delgado moved to the United States and constitutes DELKA INNOVO GROUP, gathering nowadays certified engineers in the state of Florida such as P.E. (Professional Engineering), certified experts such as G.C. (General Contractors), Architects certified by the Florida board, as well as interior and exterior designers

Delka Innovo Group, a company registered as PE (Professional Engineering) and GC (General Contractor), besides being insured and having the ability to "bond" to their jobs.
Founder of DELKA INNOVO GROUP, he is a Venezuelan civil engineer graduated from La Universidad del Zulia, with a vast experience of more than 15 years; coordinating, planning and managing large scale public projects as an engineer general inspector for the Centro Rafael Urdaneta (CRU) and thereafter as a General Manager of the foundation of the rescue, maintenance, administration and care of the facilities and physical infrastructures, educational and sports of the state Zulia (Venezuela), performing multiple projects of intern and extern infrastructure expansion and remodeling improvements, drainage, concrete, asphalt, housing, public and private parks, among others.
Since 2013, he moved to the United States, founding the Delka Innovo Group.
Keila Piluso, cofounder of DELKA INNOVO GROUP. She’s a Venezuelan with a bachelor in public accounting, graduated from the Rafael Belloso Chacin University, who has an experience of over 10 years in management, administration and sales, and she’s currently focusing on developing this group in the United States.
She is a Venezuelan architect graduated from the Rafael Urdaneta University, with posterior studies at the Florida International University. Daryl is a certified architect by the state of Florida and the NCARB “Project Management Professional Certification”. Daryl possesses a vast experience of more than 20 years, starting as a certified designer of both private and public projects, in Venezuela, as the supervisor of architecture and engineering for FUNIDEZ (Government of Zulia State-Venezuela). Later on she worked in the United States as the Architect Supervisor for recognized companies like Genie Pools, Capri Kitchen & ETC Granite y ABA Investment Construction. At the present time Daryl is the projects and permits assistant for “Building & Permits Miami Corp”, and since 2013 she joined the Delka Innovo Group team as the Associate Director of Design and Projects.
Architect and at the same time General Contractor, certified by the state of Florida as well as Home Inspector since 200. He has an experience of over 25 years in the field of construction and maintenance in residential areas. In areas such as new buildings and additions, roofing, pools, hurricane protection, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, external and internal floors, demolition, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, drywall, painting, insulation, demolition, among other important areas. Miguel joined the Delka Innovo Group team in 2013 as an Associate Manager of Work.
Industrial Engineer with over 19 years of combined experience in the Venezuelan oil industry and later managing major construction projects, restructuring, improvement of public and private sports and educational facilities. In 2013, Joseph joins the team as an Associate Engineering Manager in Delka Innovo Group.
