  • LA CORIANA offers a themed restaurant with an outstanding array of menu items to meet the needs of a restaurant concept with limited table service.

Training

Training in the LA CORIANA Restaurants system provides you and your management team with knowledge and insight on how to operate a successful LA CORIANA Restaurants’ franchise.

 

Our team has vast experience in all facets of running a successful operation, and we will share all that and more during the comprehensive training of up to six weeks at our corporate locations in Miramar, Florida where your core team gets immersed into our operations and passes their citizenship test for being members of the LA CORIANA Restaurants’ Nation.

 

Our Start-Up and On-Going Training will cover all aspects of running a LA CORIANA Restaurants, including:

  • Guidance in securing a license.
  • Pre-opening assistance.

Experience and profile requirements:

  • Franchisees must appoint an Operator (see Franchise Disclosure Document for more information) who will, ideally have five years or more multi-unit casual lunch/dining experience
  • Each restaurant must have a full-time, qualified, experienced General Manager
  • Assistant Managers should have at least two years casual lunch/ dining restaurant experience
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a “can-do” spirit proven by your customer-centric background

Logo materials including menus, cups, bags, and interior and exterior signage are employed to present the concept and brand consistently from store to store.

Web, TV, and Media Materials The LA CORIANA Restaurants signature color menu – which is handed out by the hundreds to offices, medical centers, professional buildings, and retail stores – kicks off the LA CORIANA  Restaurants pre-opening marketing plan.

 

Grand opening promotions and giveaways, are the main tools used to fuel each grand opening launch.
