Mr. Bustos’ experience is more than 30 years in New and existing Business Planning, Business feasibility, Franchise, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Key Performance Indicators, Sales and Project Management among others. Mr. Bustos founded Marketing and Tarde Solutions in 1999, and since then, he has help many businesses in USA and Latin America. Mr. Bustos has been selected as a Board adviser or as a Director in important companies such as Toyota South Florida (8 years), IMEXHS –Imaging Experts and Healthcare Solutions (4 years), IGMC Medical Tech Group (6 years), Vika Logistics (3 years), Acre Holdings (12 years), Abnis Lighting (3 years), among others. In the past, Mr. Bustos developed a professional career in directives positions in the Commercial, Marketing and Trade Marketing area in worldwide companies such as Procter and Gamble (Wella Cosmetics), Kraft (Oscar Mayer), Unilever/Hellmann’s (Ponds, Sedal, Lipton). Mr. Bustos also has received numerous recognitions and prizes for his important achievements in Marketing.
Nieve is an experienced Project Manager and Customer Service Manager. Cecilia has worked in the area of Customer Service and Sales in prestigious companies such as Macy’s representing worldwide brands such as Mikel Kors as well as in the areas of Project Management in Construction companies. Cecilia has been part of the company since 2009.
Peter is an experienced Project Developer and Sales Team Manager with more than 25 years of experience. In the past Peter was one of the key pieces in the positioning of automotive products for Latin America, as well as a representative of the prestigious Auto Show in Las Vegas-USA. Additionally, Peter is a vast connoisseur of IT tools. Peter is part of the company since 2009.
Richard is a graduate in Electronics with a specialization in Statistical Methods. Richard has worked for the company since 2014 and has vast experience in market analysis, competition analysis and statistical analysis.
Dr. Nieve, MD, is an experienced retired epidemiologist with more than 50 years of experience as Chief Epidemiologist in one of the most important states of Venezuela (Zulia). She has been part of the company since 2016 and is the fundamental piece in the understanding of medical terminologies and processes necessary for advising our clients in that area.
