We perform asphalt paving professionally and economically. We specialize in paving new asphalt or resurfacing existing asphalt parking lots and private roads. Milling & Resurfacing

  • To meet the needs of our customers and to save them time and money, Turner Asphalt offers a variety of milling capabilities. Milling is a process by which we plane an existing pavement surface to an appropriate depth prior to applying a new pavement surface.
  • We operate a fleet of milling machines with a range of cutter widths.
  • We recommend appropriate milling for:
  • Road and street pavement preparation prior to repaving.
  • Parking lot pavement preparation prior to repaving.
  • Full or partial depth patching.
  • Perimeter/transitional milling to tie new asphalt to existing pavement.
  • Cutting drainage swales to correct drainage problems.
  • Machine with operator available for leasing on a daily basis

Base Preparation

The final driving surface is only as good as the foundation it sits on. We offer complete services for new construction and site preparation to ensure that the sub-base is sound and meets design requirements. Services can include engineering and design services, soil stabilization, water and storm drainage, and underground pipe repair to name a few.

Sealcoating

Sealcoating is one of the most important elements of a pavement management plan. A sealcoat consists of either coal tar pitch or asphalt cement mixed with inert fillers, water, emulsifying agents, or additives. Applied in thin coats, pavement sealing is used to protect off-highway pavement surfaces against gasoline, oil, salt, water, and ultraviolet rays.
